Do I have to be 60 years old to use Ask Koko?

While Ask Koko was created with the unique experience of older adults in mind, anyone is welcome to call or text with questions on behalf of a loved one. 

When is the Ask Koko phone line open for questions?

Ask Koko is available to answer questions 6am to 8pm PST, 7 days a week. Of course, feel free to reach out at any time and we’ll get back to you once the line re-opens at 6am.

Can I also text or email my question to Ask Koko?

Absolutely! Simply send a text message to 218-275-5656 or email us at Ask@AskKoko.com

Should I call Ask Koko in an emergency?

Ask Koko is not intended to take the place of standard health emergency numbers. If you think you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. 

Is Ask Koko free?

Absolutely — calls and texts made to Ask Koko are complimentary. (Though of course, standard message and data rates may apply.)
